  1. How to post ad for first time user?
    Click "My Account", then click "First time user, create user account". Fill the form and submit. Check your email for password.
    Click "My Account" to login. Click "New Post". Choose a listing type by click one of the links. Follow the instructions on page to finish the post.
  2. Do I need a user account?
    You do not need a user account to browse or search properties. If you want to post ads, you will need a user account.
  3. How do I create a user account?
    Click My Account on upper right or bottom on the page.
    Click First time user, create user account.
    Fill the form.
    Click "Create Account".

    Click My Account on upper right or bottom on the page.
    Fill the form.
    Click "Login".
  5. What if I forgot password?
    Click My Account on upper right or bottom on the page.
    Click Forgot password.
    Fill the form.
    Click "submit". Your password will be sent to your email.

    Click "Logout" button.
    Or click My Account link on upper right or bottom on the page and then click "Logout" button.
    Or close the browser.

    Log into your user account.
    Click "New Post".
    Choose a listing type by click one of the links.
    Follow the instructions on page to finish the post.

    Log in to your user account.
    Click "Edit" from "Listings".
    Make changes and Click "Save".
  9. How do I add or delete pictures on my posts?
    Log in to your user account.
    Click "Photos" from "Listings" to add or delete pictures.
  10. How do I take off my post?
    There are two choices.
    Delete, Click "Delete" from "Listings" to delete.
    Inactive, Click "Edit" from "Listings", uncheck active and click "save"
  11. How do I add floor plans to my apartment ad?
    Log into your user account.
    Click "Plans" (only apartments type has this link) from "Listings".
    Click "New Plan".
    Fill the form.
    Click "Add".
    Repeat last three steps to add more floor plan.

    Log into your user account.
    Click "Plans" (only apartments type has this link) from "Listings".
    Click "Edit" or "Delete" to edit or delete the plan.

    Check NoShowStreet when you edit the ad
